Eight days have passed since first hatch. The family was observed during the afternoon feeding.
The female was at the ledge and departed to pick up some lunch. The male was nearby and flew in to guard the young. Minutes later the female was spotted a few levels down processing the large catch, which was big enough to serve for multiple feedings.
After 5+ minutes of work she arrived at the ledge and feeding began. She shielded her young from view the whole time. There was some brief alarm activity afterwards. Rapid flight and dives were seen by male and female, either because of a seagull or window-washers on the roof. All got back to normal soonafter.
