The past few days the female has been spending a LOT of time looking very uncomfortable in the hidden corner of the ledge. Without speculating, there is enough hidden area in the corner to hide an egg, and no way to see in.

This afternoon the female was enjoying a pigeon lunch at the old nest ledge. The male was impatiently waiting above her vocalizing. Eventually he flew to her ledge but she wasn't sharing. He flew off and perched on a nearby tree, something I don't recall seeing since March 2008, oddly in the same place. Eventually they both flew back to the usual nest area.
