The past while, at least one juvenile is getting spotted, often at the southmost end of the complex. Mom is also being spotted periodically, and her on again/off again boyfriend "Jack" is also making the odd cameo appearance.
Generally, it's been pretty quiet, but there is still a bit of activity.
