Peregrine Falcon monitoring & news

Since the Spring of 2008, Mathew Rossi (ASIC) has been voluntarily monitoring a pair of Peregrines falcons located in the Greater Toronto area.

The nesting location of these falcons is said to be the first residential nest site in North America, and the falcons are one of less than 75 known nesting pairs in all of Ontario.

ASIC is providing resources including blog software, photography, and technology integration, in an effort to help people to learn about this protected species.
